“I have never had a bad visit to Dr. Bender’s office! First, I get a text or email well in advance to remind me of my appointment. Then, I get another one a few days out. And I get a third one the morning of my appointment. There is no chance to forget. Bonnie in the office is always a cheerful greeter, and Tina is so kind and thorough when examining and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bender takes care to examine me, even when I don’t have cavities. And if I should have a problem, it is resolved quickly — and painlessly. My former fears of the dentist are gone. Everyone on staff is friendly, professional, and caring. I can’t think of one thing that I wish they would do differently.”
